Social Media

Social media platforms are the new way to advertise and instantaneously  talk to people from anywhere anytime. People consume information by importance of likes and views. We consume information faster because you can just swipe down to receive more information.

You get anxiety from how good your post and how many followers you have. You think you must always post things everyday. You can also get happy when something goes viral.

People can join groups from things they have in common. People socialize to strangers online. Social media helps show people the interesting parts of life.

The similarities are that people are always on social media and how people judge each other by their profile. The main character loses point by making a conversation they don’t actually care about, but they gain points for trying. This social interaction seems fake on how they talked and care about each other.
