Happy Thanksgiving! I’ve heard a lot of meaningful quotes in my time, but this just fits whenever, not just today. Gratitude is such a simplistic act that it’s almost misleading. It would be difficult to guess that something so plain can give such a boost of energy. Therefore, today I am grateful for the knowing the benefits of being grateful, so that I know to pursue it further.

Not everything in this world has to be big to be impactful. A lonely, miniature boat on calm waters makes me want to look twice at all the seemingly insignificant things in this world. My mechanical pencil is currently sitting on my desk. Writing has never been more easy. Back in the old days, you had to write on clay tablets!
