Video Response to a Performance

I used Imovie to edit the audio recording of our script. The script was based off the notes we wrote during their performance and what we were required to comment on. For the video I added music at the beginning, end and pictures of Romeo and Juliet during the video. It was challenging to add pictures onto the imovie, first I had to separate the audio from the voice recording and then I was able to add pictures. I also cited all of the pictures I used for the imovie. The video provided meaningful feedback because it commented on the costumes and on how they performed their lines. The feedback did not put down the peers because we did not insult the performers in any way.
Core Competency:
I built off other people’s idea by looking at the example of the Armchair expert. I watched the beginning of the video and they had the audio playing but didn’t show any pictures of themselves. The Imovie created was also like that. I followed the requirements of using a video editor ex: Imovie but I also added music and credited the pictures. I worked with my group to achieve this goal by recording the audio together during lunch. I took responsibility in finishing my part by writing the script and editing the video.
