The above video is Michael Phelps breaking the world record in 400m IM swimming, in 2008. The reason why i picked this as my favorite video is because it shows his years of dedication and perfecting his skill and breaking a world record. It also shows how hard he tried and really inspires me to try harder and try to beat my personal records.
