Media Fluency:
Based on our group’s understanding of the characters in the play, we created what we thought a news article would look like if it were written in the future (2101). We have included the modernized version of main events from our scene(Act 3, Scene 1) like the Murder of Tybalt and the interview of Benvolio. The Rumors of a Royal Wedding section was not mentioned in the play, but we felt that since it was a huge event, people will bound to know before the wedding. Our group has included many aspects of technology into our article, like the iPhone C review. This process was relatively ok because our group already have a good understanding of the play and all we had to do was modernize and put it in the format of a news article.
We have decided to use word online as the main collaboration tool for this project, although I was not in charge of this project, I put forward suggestions and ideas towards other group members while also contributing to the project myself. All of my group members were very responsible, and we each did our share of work.
