This picture was taken at Mundy Park last winter by myself. This picture is specifically memorable to me as it reminds me of several things that I enjoy. Nature is one of my favourite things, and I love taking nature walks in the forest. In the past two years, my teachers took my class on lots of walks throughout Mundy Park, which were one of my favourite parts of middle school. I also love landscape photos, and my desktop picture tends to be one of them, and Mundy Park looks stunning when it snows, which was why I decided to take this picture.

My favourite quote is simply “Never give up”. While it is simple and heard everywhere, the reason I enjoy it is because it can mean so much. Whenever I start something, I intend to finish it, one way or another, and even if something is hopeless, I won’t give up without a fight, and I’ll still try to do the best I can. Whenever I feel hopeless and don’t know what to do, I tend to think of that quote, and calm myself, before starting again, with a fresh mindset.

As I don’t have a “favourite” youtube video, I chose a video that was meaningful to me. The video attached was first shown to me in grade 7 by my teacher. The reason I like it is because it’s so calm and peaceful. It calms my mind and helps me think when I’m stressed. Throughout grade 7, I listened to the entire series while doing school work, and nowadays I continue to listen to other videos by the creator whenever I’m doing work or when I need to calm down and think.
