Winter Marketing Reflection

For the Winter Market I sold soaps. I worked by myself to make my sale happen. I did this idea because I already had experience in the soap making business due to the fact that I did it last year for my fair. Something that was also important to my business was the display, I spent lots of time making sure that the display was perfect

Math definitely became apparent concept in this marketing experience. I used to math to reach my goal because I was able to count up all my money and make sure every dollar counted. I needed to change the way my display was setup up due to theft on the first day, I had to move my products closer to where I was standing. I expected it to be quite a bit longer, because I realized that the time went so fast throughout the days of the sale.

I learned that I need to be more social during the sales to draw in more customers. I learnt it because I noticed a lot people looked at my table but walked away, after the sale I realized that I could’ve easily turned them around to sell more product. This matters because I could’ve made more sales but instead I lost some sales. I could’ve called more people over and been more social to fix this problem during this sale

Core Competency Reflection – creative thinking

I was able to go to the dollar store and figure out some pretty simple things and make it look great, just like my display tree. I can come up with new ideas. I can come up with new ideas
