Often in life, we forget to take care of ourselves. Caught up in worry and stress, we forget about life beyond our work and professional lives.

This is why it’s important to have little things to remind us of what we often forget.

Everything is going to be okay.

Breathe deeply and fill your lungs.

The simple problems of today will soon be long forgotten.

You’re okay.

There is no need to be upset.
