This is a clip from MasterChef US Season 3, and it features the MasterChef Season 3 Champion, Christine Hà, my all-time favourite contestants in the history of MasterChef. Christine was diagnosed with neuromyelitis optica in 2004 and still suffers from it today. To this day, she never fails to impress me with her ability to cook, taste and create something beautiful without being able to see what is in front of her. This video both humbles me and inspires me to work harder and push to my own limitations. Christine reminds me to be grateful with what I have and bring take my abilities to the fullest. I want to become someone who can get past any emotion, physical, and mental boundary just like Christine has shown me.
