This is a photo of the sweetest little girl at the age of 2, completely fixated on this portrait of Michelle Obama. The girl in the photo is Parker Curry and she was at the National Portrait Gallery with her mother. The reason why I chose this photo is because of how much this photo represents the impact we can make when we influence children and younger generations. This photos represents dreams, lifelong goals and aspirations. Michelle Obama is not only a remarkable woman, but she is also the first African American First Lady of the United States. Just from one individual of colour, this portrait of Michelle has brought so much hope and inspiration to Parker, knowing that she can continue her dream with the visual proof in front of her. I believe that even just one person can bring immense impact to one or many lives.
